Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the following regions:

Europe (All EU member states and non-EU European countries).

United Arab Emirates.
Orders placed from outside these regions will unfortunately not be processed at this time.
2. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that while most deliveries arrive within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal services.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Novario Corporation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at our support email to evaluate the issue. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
